Service & Maintenance

Our Service Division is primarily set up to service and maintain generating sets of any manufacture, be it DDSL or a third party. Each service visit is logged and electronically reported into our system. This allows us to look up your particular site and get full details of the equipment, when it was last serviced and what work was done or needs to be done. We will issue a report of the work done and any recommendation for remedial work that may need to be done with an associated estimate of cost etc.

We operate a 24 Hour Breakdown Service for customers with contracts and a call out response down to 4 hours. There are three sites across UK which we operate from and have engineers who work directly from home bases.

Our fleet of modern vehicles includes different sized vans depending on the need to carry equipment and two HIAB lorries. All our engineers are fully qualified and certified to go on site. We as a company are SAFEcontractor certified.
